Commander Model 1200 Multiple-Spindle Drilling System

The Commander model 1200 is a precision built, anti-friction gear case drive with ball and roller bearings and extra strength gear train. It will drill an area of approximately 12" in diameter. Other features of the model 1200 head assembly: Master fixture air clamping assembly Removeable slip spindle plate Drill bushing blanks Self clamping air cylinder Universal piece part locating fixture Pneumatic counterbalance This assembly permits the accuracy and dependability required, while allowing for quick setup and chage over. To change patterns the customer only has to change the bushing plate and slip spindle fixture to match inserts. Setup and changeover can be done at a minimum of downtime. For example, a typical setup can be completed in approximately 15 minutes. We can adapt this unit to many different types of drill presses.

Commander Model 424	Commander Model 424 drill head provides larger area coverage and more spindle capabilities than previously available. The 424 permits driving up to 29 spindles -- each rated for 1/2" drill capacity in a 4" x 24" area or up to 17-1/2" x 37-1/2" area with extension spindles.
