Factory Test Procedures
THE METHOD FOR TESTING FLOW CURVES
1. Test the Air Flow (cfm/m3/min) and the Static Pressure
(in-H2O) with different diameters (hose
size) of the intake.
2. According to the size of the intake (hose size) choose
the plate with the right caliber for testing.
3. Change the caliber from small to full open and test the
CFM and Static Pressure (in-H2O).
4. Record the CFM and the Static Pressure ( in-H2O)
from the above test for 6 various calibers (diameters) and mark
them on the coordinate (X;in-H2O; Y: CFM).
Then draw a curve from those 6 points.
THE METHOD FOR TESTING STATIC PRESSURE
Block the intake and reduce the Air Flow to zero, then take
away full pressure probe and leave the static pressure probe.
This will give a reading of Max. Static Pressure.

Measuring Description
Use 10 times length of the D length.
Drill a testing hole at the position of 4D. Put the
"L" measuring pole into the position of D/2 Connect
the measuring pole and the testing equipment then turn to the
necessary function and start to test.

Diameter Hose.
- b. Model # JET DC-1100 & DC-1200 - Measured by 6"
hose Diameter.
- c. JET Model # DC-I900 - Measured by 8" hose Diameter.
- d. JET Model # DC-5000 & DC-56OO - Measured by 10"
